Terms & Conditions — x baje Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and x baje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of all services available at x-baje.com, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and all associated deposit, withdrawal, and account management functions.

By accessing x baje in any capacity — whether as a registered player, a visitor browsing the game lobby, or a user interacting with the platform's support services — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must cease using x baje immediately and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of application and at all times during which they maintain an active x baje account:

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds held within them. Real Money Funds held in duplicate accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the x baje compliance team.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (NID), a valid email address, a valid mobile number registered in your name in Bangladesh, and your date of birth. x baje reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided during registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. x baje strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify x baje immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. x baje cannot be held liable for losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to keep them secure.

x baje is strictly an 18+ platform. Access to real-money games, sports betting, deposits, and all other account functions is limited exclusively to adults aged 18 years or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies without exception to every player, regardless of the amount wagered or the nature of the activity undertaken on the platform.

x baje employs age verification measures at the point of registration and as part of its ongoing KYC compliance process. Any player who is found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their account immediately and permanently closed. Any winnings accumulated during the period in which the player was underage will be forfeited in full. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. x baje strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts — that is, accounts belonging to another individual — for deposits or withdrawals. Any transaction identified as originating from or directed to a third-party account will be reversed and the relevant player account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are generally credited to your x baje balance in real time or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. x baje is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or scheduled maintenance windows.

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed as follows: withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within a few minutes to a maximum of four (4) hours of the request being approved. Withdrawals to bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank) may take between one (1) and three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. x baje will make all reasonable efforts to process withdrawals promptly.

x baje reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount requested is large, where account activity has been flagged for review, or where x baje has reason to suspect a breach of these Terms. Such requests are made in good faith and are a standard part of responsible platform operations.

Any funds deposited on x baje that remain unused in a player's account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, without any login activity, may be treated as dormant. x baje will attempt to contact the player via their registered email address before any dormancy policy is applied. Players are encouraged to contact support to reactivate dormant accounts at any time.

x baje offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, IPL, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read alongside these General Terms.

Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all x baje bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 and above who have completed the account registration process in full.
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim the same bonus multiple times will be closed and bonus funds forfeited.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each promotion's terms page.
• Unless stated otherwise, Real Money Funds in a player's balance are used for wagering before Bonus Funds.

• x baje reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of wagering requirement loopholes, or breach of these Terms.

x baje is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of every player, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Collusion: Cooperating or communicating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or sports betting market.
• Cheating software: Using any automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or other technical means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing inconsistencies across betting markets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, commonly known as "arbing".
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, false identities, coordinated play patterns, or any other means to exploit x baje's promotional offers beyond their intended purpose.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an x baje account.
• Money laundering: Using x baje as a mechanism to disguise, transfer, or legitimise funds of illegal origin. x baje cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected money laundering activity.
• Impersonation: Registering an account or interacting with x baje using another person's identity, personal details, or payment credentials without their full knowledge and consent.

x baje employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect the prohibited conduct described above. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, x baje reserves the right to suspend the relevant account immediately pending investigation, withhold pending withdrawals during the investigation period, void bets or game results connected to the prohibited conduct, and permanently close the account with forfeiture of Bonus Funds where a breach of these Terms is confirmed.

All games available on x baje from providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Published Return to Player (RTP) rates represent the theoretical long-run average payout percentage and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. x baje does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

x baje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC verification.
• Confirmed or suspected engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Failure to comply with a request for identity verification documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the registered account holder.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, x baje will notify the player via their registered email address as soon as is reasonably practicable. The player will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond to any allegation before a permanent closure decision is made, except where the conduct in question is so serious that immediate closure without notice is warranted (for example, in cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering).

Players who wish to voluntarily close their x baje account may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and without judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x baje and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the x baje platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if x baje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

x baje provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. x baje will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance in advance. In the event of a technical fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, x baje will review the affected activity and, where necessary, void the relevant wager and return the staked amount to the player's balance.

x baje is not liable for the quality, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party content, game outcomes, or sports event results. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant real-world event and are not under x baje's control. All game outcomes from third-party providers are generated by their certified RNG systems and are not subject to alteration by x baje.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit x baje's liability in cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. x baje's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and x baje with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
